Almanac
A data-intensive profile of 299 California general acute care hospitals: capacity, use, finances, market structure, quality and policy context. It is built from documented public sources through a reproducible pipeline and delivered as an editable Excel workbook, a printable report and an interactive explorer.
Prepared in response to a California Health Care Foundation request for proposals. The draft is independent CRWDHEALTH analysis, pending human fact-check, and is not commissioned or endorsed by CHCF.
